1. Acceptance of Terms

We do not provide refunds for OpenAI subscriptions or compensate you if OpenAI changes its subscription terms.

5. Technical Data Collection

TMDB and OMDb APIs: The Application retrieves movie information, ratings, cast details, trailers, and box office data from The Movie Database (TMDB) and Open Movie Database (OMDb).

Important Disclaimers:

• This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB
• Movie data accuracy, completeness, and availability are controlled by TMDB and OMDb
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of movie ratings, release dates, cast information, or other data
• TMDB and OMDb may change or remove data at any time without notice
• Your use of TMDB and OMDb data is subject to their respective terms of service

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party movie data.

8. Local Storage and Data Retention

The Application may store information locally on your device using browser storage technologies (such as cookies, local storage, or session storage) to enhance user experience.

Important Note: All locally stored data remains entirely under your control and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser cache, cookies, or deleting the Application will remove all locally stored data.

9. Use Restrictions

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or the Company

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Application.
